Try neighborhood association newsletters, they are usually inexpensive. You might also try the Advocate they are a great neighborhood magazine that locals seem to love. One thing that you might do is give people 10% off their nest repair when they refer you to someone. Might be a bit of a logistical nightmare but word of mouth usually is a great way. I have seen people use Coffee News as well but not sure how well that works. You might put your info up at Starbucks, White Rock Coffee and other places like that.

Commercials are always helpful but may be a bit expensive.

I recommend you to research the Metropolitan Film School, The University of Melbourne and the University of Southern California. These are the best ones I know. Two of my friends and one relative went to these three schools.
